1.  Use My Leagues to add a 2008 league, http://www.stratplanner.com/leagues_help.htm.

2.  Import v14 into that league, http://www.stratplanner.com/overviewHelp.htm.

3. Export from that same league,
           

4.  Use the spreadsheet on the login page to create a new import file.
           

5.  Import the new file created in step 4 into the current (2009) year.
